Club Smolna is located in the heart of Warsaw, in a pre-war tenement house from 1903, designed by architect Bronisław Brochwicz-Rogóyski at the request of the Branicki family. The building suffered significant damage during World War II. Like many such places, it was rebuilt after the war. The upper floors were restored, but the secret undergrounds still hold traces of the history of the Warsaw Uprising.
